Acknowledgement of Country

The Yagilaith Djerring acknowledges Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognises the continuing connection to lands, waters and communities. We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders both past and present.

Your voice matters. We’re here to listen

Whether you’ve got questions about a course, or are keen to enrol yourself or a team member, we’re here to help.

And if you’ve got feedback for us?

Complaints and appeals

If you’re experiencing an issue that needs formal resolution, or if you want to appeal a decision made by Yagilaith Djerring, we have clear processes in place.

You can raise a complaint about any aspect of your learning experience, including teaching, support services, facilities or interactions with staff.

You can also lodge an appeal if you disagree with a decision about your assessment, enrolment, or training outcome.

We take all complaints and appeals seriously, and handle them with confidentiality, fairness and respect.
